John Carrozza relocated to Atlanta from Florida in 1992 to work as a musician, producer and arranger for Twelve Oaks Studios. He has released a solo album called “Defining Moment”, recorded a feature piano part on Boyz II Men’s platinum album, “Evolution” and has been a featured soloist with Grammy winning guitar phenom Earl Klugh. John has composed and produced music for major corporations, such as Chick-Fil-A and Life Care Centers of America, and worked with countless label and indie artists at his studio; The Green Room, in Woodstock, GA.
Jennifer Carrozza has been a vocalist since her earliest years, professionally since 1995. Proudly an Atlanta native, she has released three solo projects, most recently “Rust & Velvet” and has fronted JMood since it’s beginning in 2002. She has provided vocals and vocal arrangements for countless independent recordings, has been featured in commercials and had several major label and national-release projects. Jen has a voice that draws you in to the moment and has been described as velvet sandpaper. Upon hearing her, you’ll likely come to the same conclusion.
Chicago native, Joe Reda, is at home playing funky electric bass or swinging an upright. He is a graduate of Millikin University and has studied at Chicago’s Bloom School of Jazz. Mr. Reda currently works with numerous jazz artists in Atlanta including, to name a few, JMood, The Ruperts Orchestra, and the Jennifer Hanson Quartet.
Josh Crosby, the percussionist for JMood, is experienced in many forms of percussion. His genres include orchestral, marching, ethnic and many forms of drum set styles. Josh received his bachelors degree from The University of Georgia. Since then, he has been a sought after educator and freelance performer across the Atlanta area. In addition to performing, Josh is the director of percussion studies at Collins Hill High School and the lead audio engineer at the University of North Georgia. He currently resides in Alpharetta with his lovely wife Mandi their two boys Caleb and Carter.
